A stay with potential but some letdowns

I was disappointed by some aspects of my stay. The beach access involved steep stairs, a challenge with luggage. The limited availability of beach chairs also caused inconvenience.

Underwhelming Experience Overall

The buffet food was quite average. It lacked variety. The room cleaning only happened every two days due to some eco-friendly policy, which I honestly did not appreciate. I did love the food in the restaurants and found their staff to be amazing, a definite bright spot . I think daily room cleaning is basic, especially for what I paid.

lois, ruben, doris, and esmeralda looked after us. they were very attentive hosts. nothing was too much, even when we asked to change breakfast dishes slightly. i am grateful to them. they have made our vacation special. amazing food and service were present.
the cleaning ladies wouldnt clean or change the beddings. i found this to be a problem. i expect clean sheets and bedding when i stay at a hotel.
